Binance Statements

Hi guys, having alot of trouble trying to get any kind of official statements from my Binance account. It's for a bank for mortgage applications. I went through the process and got the generated statements via my Binance account and then winrar to unzip the file but the statement opens in Excel and it looks like absolute jibberish, there's no dates on any of the transactions, no balance, it just looks terrible and like something I could have thrown together myself if I channeled my inner rain man. Anybody help or know any way of getting an official looking document to use as a Binance statement?
