Binance stealth nerfing Futures max Leverage/Position Sizes?

Hey guys,

I can't find any announcement or details about this anyplace.

I know Binance has carried out 20x leverage limits to specific coins that they have announced on their Futures web site.

Nevertheless, now my leverage for nearly ALL futures pairs is restricted to 20x and place measurement at 20x also modified from $25,000 to $5,000.

What's happening? Do I have to vary settings now or is that this meant? Why change it without announcents?
