On May 5th I transferred a little more then 2 BNB to my Kucoin wallet and BNB was worth about 600 at the time. I sent 250 Algo a few minutes prior and received them in less than a few minutes. I'm extremely careful when transferring crypto and the instructions on Kucoin and BNB both require MEMO ID. I put in correct Memo ID for Kucoin wallet and correct wallet address but it never arrived. I've contacted Kucoin who says I can pay them 30 dollars to investigate and if they find TX they will send back without Memo ID which Binance does not allow. I sent trouble ticket to Binance the same day in May and I'm still waiting to hear back from their seemingly non-existent customer service and claims it's backlogged. Is there any hope or did I lose 1200$ or 600$ in todays market?
