Binance Together Initiative - Paid $2k of $6,238 Loss, Claiming $4k-$6k Owed (Case #14908717)

Hey everyone, I want some recommendation or backup. On 10/10/25, I used to be liquidated $5,240 (obtained $2,00Zero back) + $997.98 in my subaccount (complete $6,238) on account of a system error through the USDe/BNSOL crash. Binance’s Collectively Initiative (introduced 14/10/25) promises $four,000-$6,00Zero USDC for losses >30% of my 9/10 snapshot, and my loss clearly qualifies. CS (Case #14908717) says $2,00Zero is all I get based mostly on "a number of elements," ignoring the subaccount and the complete quantity. I’ve been pushing for days, but they closed my chat and now dodge with appeals until 11/13/25.

I demanded $four,00Zero by 1:00 AM AST at this time (19/10/25), but no response. Planning to tweet u/binance and u/cz_binance with proof. Has anyone else gotten the complete $4k-$6k? Any tips to escalate? Proof: [link to announcement if allowed, or describe it]. UID redacted for privateness.
