I used an ACH transaction to send money to Binance and purchase Dogecoin. Binance has kept my money, but never actually purchased my dogecoin. I contacted my bank who says they can't get me the money back because I technically authorized to the transaction. So now I'm out the money, and have no dodge to show for it.
I have submitted tickets, and tried to work with support, and I hear nothing.
Anyone have any suggestions for how this issue can be resolved, or how to make Binance actually respond?
