Binance visa card is pretty much useless

I have the Binance visa card and I've been able to use it only in one online purchase. The rest of the times I've tried to use it it got declined. "Card not supported". Doesnt Binance claim it should work in any store that accepts Visa payments? Im not going to use it anymore. Took all my funds from the card and transferred them to my bank. I dont like banks but at least banks let me spend my money
