Binance won't allow me to verify my account because one of my identical twin sisters accounts is verified.

I've spent so many hours on this! I've upload many documents and pictures but every time it comes back that I already have a verified account. The only thing I can think of is one of my Identical twin sisters has her Binance account verified and has had no problems with it. Could the facial recognition be mixing us up? I can't find anywhere in Binance to even be able to talk to a real person about this. At this time it seems almost easier to pull all my funds and use a different exchange but Binance had put a block on all of my withdrawals (which also ruined my Friday night plans of buying a Zed Run horse). Anyone have any ideas for me? I'm at a complete loss!
