Binance won’t let me withdraw my funds

I’ve transferred USDT $15 K yesterday to my Binance account by mistake. It was supposed to go to another wallet. I logged in to my Binance account to fix my mistake, meaning to withdraw those funds to the correct account I intended initially and that’s when my nightmare begun!

They started by saying there were some suspicious activities in my account. They sent me an email saying “Your account may be at risk. In order to protect your assets, withdrawals have been temporarily suspended for your account(s). Please click the link below to submit a withdrawal appeal to remove the withdrawal ban on your account(s):”. I submitted the appeal which involved taking a selfie of myself and sending them a video of me holding my ID, saying it was really me doing those things. Great, I did that. I got an email this morning saying, “Facial Verification Appeal – Approved”. Problem solved I thought. I went and tried again to withdraw those funds just to face the exact same issue.

I went and talked with their customer service, and they asked me to make yet another video, this time saying even more stuff than I said before, and to send them a picture of my system details as well. In the meantime, I was talking with their customer service on the live chat and my case got escalated to another department, but the person (someone named CS Deborah) just stopped replying to my message. Even now while I write this message, I got no reply and my chat is locked, so I can not even talk with anyone else about my case.

Anyway, I sent them the new video with a photo of my system. Now they are saying it might take 3 days for them to reply to me.

I posted this on their official Binance subreddit and my post got removed 3 times by their moderator.

I mean, is this normal? Did anybody else here have faced anything like that before?
