Binance: your account may be at risk and deposit function has been temporarily suspended

Hello, I've mistakenly used my brother's card to buy crypto on Binance, the cards look exactly the same. I ended up with "your account may be at risk and deposit function has been temporarily suspended". And a link to appeal. My questions are, should I appeal or not? And if I don't how long would the deposit ban take to go? Can I withdraw and use my account as normal in this state? Will the funds be deduced from my brother's card or not, as it indicates on Binance that it was failed, and balance didnt change on my brother's card?
