I haven't been active in the cryptocurrency scene and did not know that Binance.com banned USA customers and that a separate US exchange was created... It's completely my fault I was not aware of the changing environment.
I tried to log into my Binance.com website to transfer stuff to my US account but my account is disabled since it was outside a transfer window that happened months ago. I'm unable to submit a ticket to Binance.com as it recognizes my USA IP addresses and does not even allow me to make a ticket.
Should I just reach out to Binance.US and hope that they can help me out and figure out a way to transfer my .com assets to my .us account?
I would really appreciate any help and I would gladly send some BTC over if I can recover my crypto in this disabled account.
