Any ever deal with Binance.US and have their account frozen for withdraws or USD deposits because of risk management? This started a week ago and it is very irritating.
Here is a copy of the message I sent to them or Zendesk or whoever.
Dated 06/14/2021 …………………………… I want to transfer my money or crypto today. Please release all of the crypto I bought on Binance.US You froze my account so that I could not make deposits via debit and a Robinhood account and then ACH with Chase..... I am done with this game. First, I am a truck driver and I do not own a home. My drivers license was issued in Florida and I moved to Utah where I opened an Chase account using my old Utah address. Second, the self video I sent shows my address and nothing about Binance.US on the statement....Why? Because the Binance.US account was opened and then frozen before the statements generated by the bank.
Third, you presume to think that I AM SOME KIND OF CROOK or something and I find that very offensive. I would have bought a lot of crypto from you but after this experience I just want to get out of your system.
My phone is : ……….. I want to speak to someone that is knowledgeable and not playing games. Prime trust in NV and Plaid in Menlo Park are a complete joke as far as I am concerned. Release the money I have worked hard for or the crypto whichever you think is best. ………………….. Frankly after this experience I will never use Binance.US again they are holding $2,300 of my hard earned money. Makes me ill just thinking about it.
