Binance.US removed from Apple App Store and unable to log in on browser.

I feel like this is a big deal. Mainly because there was no mention of it going offline. It would be one thing if they said they were going to be performing maintenance but that’s clearly not the case….

I haven’t been able to log into my account for nearly 48 hours. I’ve tried resetting my password but that doesn’t work. I’ve tried logging on using my Mac and a pc in different browsers but that didn’t work. I’ve tried logging in using a device that had google play and binance.US available on the App Store and that doesn’t work.

At this point I can only hope they decide not to ignore my support ticket but it seems like a lot of people don’t get any kind of response for very long periods of time until they post about it.

I’m not asking for advice or criticism. The bottom line is no matter what device or browser I use I can’t log into my binance.US account and I’m unable to reset the password. I just want to be seen by the support team on here so they can help me reset my password and log on. Thanks for your time and I hope this isn’t a problem for too many other users here.
