The Bisq market is usually a sellers market but today the buyers are running the show. Feel free to make an offer.
My feeling is that this is because institutions are buying disproportionately more than individuals. Bisq is an individual market. If the institutions are pushing up the price and the individuals are not playing along then some individual sellers will push the price down in the Bisq market while the institutions push the price up.
Note: Bisq is also much faster than other exchanges if you want to sell because it only requires a single verifiable bank transfer.
