Hello, I'm going to be going to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a month soon and wanted to know how bitcoin was used in the country.
I've read a few articles and know it has some popularity in the country, but I wanted to know to what extent, and how as a Bitcoiner I could use it to my advantage while traveling.
Is it heavily used in stores and shops to pay for goods?
How can I easily exchange my bitcoin for local currency? I'm aware that on the Calle Florida it is know to be full of people exchanging foreign currency, do these individuals also deal in crypto? Does crypto enjoy the premium exchange rates like dollars and euros do? What do the rates look like?
Is KYC needed in these exchanges? Where would be the best place to exchange without KYC?
