bitcoin boycott (?)

Dot hate me for saying this, I would like to hear reasons on why wouldn't be possible that big countries and companies, instead of joining bitcoin, make their new crypto, push it as the new standard to other countries so they fuck hodlers and they have a clear start instead of being 18mil btc behind, they could persuade with the same idea to regular people who did not hold any btc before, saying its runed by governments which gives people "safety"
