This raises a lot of questions:
Are bitcoin core developers volunteers?
Are they underpaid?
They don't hold massive BTC and game theory don't apply to them, isn't it? What incentive they have to maintain bitcoin bug/backdoor free?
How are they protected? From both anti social elements as well as from govt? I mean, what if there is a planned shoot out of key developers by anti social elements OR arrest of all core developers by FBI?
