why there are 2-3 bitcoin core client online? bitcoin-qt at bitcoin.org, bitcoin knots and bitcoin core V23 on bitcoincore.org instead of V22 on bitcoin.org

I downloaded the software from bitcoin.org, download blockchain, I ran a rescan
nothing is happening,
however I checked on blockchain.com certain addresses, (then even I know it because I did not spend any of my coins) everything is there!
so I wonder, why can't I see anything?
question 1 once the blockchain is downloaded, do I have to wait for a synchronization of the mempool, because some "portions of bitcoin" The Satoshis that I have seen have not all had the necessary confirmations but other Transactions have passed! what should I do ?
If it's just waiting or executing a command or Read the debug to find a solution, please say so clearly! Thanks for ANY HELP
