Bitcoin mining suggestions

Hey guys, I'm a project manager for a crypto service hosting company, I'm having issues finding areas in my state of Oklahoma that have high megawatt potential for opening up new mining sites as the main service provider in the city has sold up up all of their electricity mostly for the year. I'm forced to find areas outside of my area with another electrical provider. I'm stuck on how to find areas that have electrical substations that have land or buildings near them. Is there a certain tool, website, or person/company I could use to make this task a little bit easier? Thanks in advance for the suggestions
