Bitcoin NEEDS to redenominate to help propel mass adoption. A no brainer!

Bitcoin near 30k each or above:

Let's make this clear. The average Joe does NOT understand market cap. They only see "price per coin". This is why shit coins priced at 0.000000000001 do so well because the average person thinks, "What if it reaches a dollar? A dollar seems so easy!"

If we want to make Bitcoin more appealing to the average person, we NEED to do the same thing with Bitcoin Core. We need to redenominate, and it is a very simple software update. Just move the decimal over - it's that easy. Do you currently hold 1 Bitcoin at $30,000 each? Well, now you could own 10 Bitcoin at $3,000 each by moving the decimal. Want to go further? Own 100 Bitcoin at $300 each. Go further! Polkadot did exactly this, and it is sorely needed to make the average person more interested in the idea of owning Bitcoin. No one wants to own 0.0001 or buy something for 0.000001. Come on. This is the most no-brainer change to the software, and somehow it has no traction.

If Bitcoin was currently $30,000 each, I would guess the sweet spot of Bitcoin's market cap would put the price per coin to 3 cents - $300 each. I would say aim lower as Bitcoin's price is only going to keep going up in terms of dollars. If I were forced to choose, I would change it to $3 or $30 a coin. $300 would be the absolute max, but that is already too high when Bitcoin's market cap inevitably competes with gold.

Come on guys. Stop being too conservative with changes to Bitcoin. This one simple adjustment is needed to get Bitcoin in the hands of more people. Stock splits happen all the time, and the same thing should happen to Bitcoin. This will lead to more holders. The more people that hold Bitcoin the more people Bitcoin is helping.
