Bitcoin nominee for cold wallet?

Hi, I have some sats. I have it is in my cold wallet. I have shared the key words with my family members, but the passphrase i only know. Security wise its perfect but i started to worry that if something happens to me then these sats will be wasted. Is there a smart way that we can use to solve this problem. Should i share this with my family members? But they might not rememver it and most probably going to write it somewhere that may have some security problem. Please advice.
