The Bitcoin price went up rapidly just before Binance removed the option to use EUR on the platform.
E-mail reminders were send out on the 18.10 and 25.10. People just converted their Fiat EUR to BTC before the final deadline on the 31st of October.
After that the price stayed in range.
That would be my take what this had a mayor impact.
