bitcoin recovery question

Today I sent bitcoin from Coinbase to my Blockchain.info defi wallet. The funds never arrived. I have done this same transaction literally 100's of times and never had any issues. The transaction is showing as completed and has several confirmations. I can see the funds in the address used, and they haven't moved. I don't think it was a hack or any sort of malicious activity as I always double check the URL to make sure nothing sketchy is going on. The full amount is sitting in the address it was sent to, it's just not showing up in my wallet. It was definitely a BTC address that I sent to and it was generated inside of Blockchain.info. I know it wasn't a fee's issue because the transaction is confirmed and the funds are there. I feel like this is more a glitch in the Blockchain wallet. Like it somehow generated an address for me, but for some reason that address isn't properly linked to my wallet if that makes sense? I've made 100's of bitcoin sends in my life, but I'm not versed in the underlying technicals.

I reached out to Blockchain support and received an automated response with the typical "make sure its a cryptocurrency we support, make sure the address is associated with the currency you are sending, make sure it's not an archived wallet address, ect". None of this was helpful. The email said to send the transaction address and screen shots, which I did, and I'm still waiting for a response. This was about 8 hours ago.

My first question is, has anyone else had this sort of problem with a Defi wallet? If so, what was the root cause, and how did you fix it?

Secondly, are there any steps I can take the recover these funds? Is it possible to try to import that address into my wallet using private keys or a seed phrase?

Also is it possible this is an issue on Coinbase's side? Would it even be worth it to reach out to them?

Any information anyone can provide would be appreciated.
