Bitcoin Seed Phrase to Multi Currency

Hello folks,

I am wondering if anyone has any experience in this situation. I have a bitcoin only hardware wallet (blockstream jade) and I want to keep the same seed and input it into another air-gapped hardware wallet (keystone 3pro) so that I can connect to the ethereum network for my stablecoins. is this actually possible? because the 24 word seed was generated on a bitcoin only wallet and I want to use it in a multi currency wallet after. I DO NOT want to create another seed phrase. I know that is the easy solution, but I dont want to do that, so please people with no experience in this who just want to give unsolicited advice on things they dont know about, please refrain and move on.
