Bitcoin wallet with lightning network

Hello, id like to ask a couple of questions:

All I know about lightning network is that it is for quick and cheap teansfers/transactions. What Id like to know is if Im giving up the custody while using another layer in order to move it on another network. Is it still decentralised? meaning,are we using a company/entity in order to fulfill these actions?

Also, can you send/receive from non lightning to lightning network?

Lastly, what are some good decentralised wallets like trust wallet, but ones that have lightning network on mobile app?
