Bitfinex's delisting of Tokens - Would appreciate some advice

Hi,

I was holding about 40K PNT at Bitfinex when BFX suspended the coin. I purchased it back in the day at 0.56 and now it is at 0.9 on other exchanges so I am looking to hold it for as long as I need it to be.

I haven't used wallets for years, as I have normally kept all my assets on Bitfinex. I would love some advice on what would be the best for me to withdraw these, i.e. what is the most secure wallet solution out there currently, or any other options I may have.
