Bitpay starting to refuse bitcoin transactions

Hey i just wanna let u know news about Bitpay,
i used to support bitcoin payments since many years mainly in tradition for the bitcoin pizza day.
mainly through lieferservice and now the new lieferando here in germany.
this popular site changed bitcoin payments many times, but mainly through this Bitpay.
a week ago for the first time Bitpay refused my bitcoin transaction i always send with debitpay.

i contacted support why they refused the instant 1 block after confirmed tx, but absolutly NO ANSWER.
they even FORCED me to do any kind of kyc+selfies and mass data about me, JUST to get my not even ~100€ in btc back.
after days and hours and hours of trying to verify in their new cancerous system i lost 16095 sats to their refusal just to get some of my btc back.

So you may wanna completly avoid the Bitpay way from now on. (not sure if its just germany)
