Usually, when you buy a prepaid mastercard at the Target or Walgreens, there is some sort of fee. For example, if I want a $200 prepaid mastercard, I will actually have to pay something like $205 or $210 in cash.
Is that the same for bitrefill? On the website, it said that a $200 dollar card would be .00711 bitcoin which is exactly $200. Will it actually be $200 or is there some type of fee that it's not showing me?
