I have had a Bitstamp account for 2 years now. I buy and sell Bitcoin and Eth. I just recently had to verify who I am to access my account assets. Bitstamp is asking me to provide ownership of another exchange account called HitBit and 2 transactions that happened on that account. I had never heard of HitBit until I was asked about the transactions from Bitstamp support. I have a Bitstamp account and a Coinbase account. That's it. I have an open support ticket. I'm doing everything I can to resolve this issue. Any advice would be great.

Edit: Also they changed all my sell transactions to withdraw transactions.
