bnb purchase problem

Hi, I need some help. I tried buying some BNB with my debit card. However, i kept getting a notification saying transaction failed. So i kept trying, with no luck. I then proceeded to check my online bank only to find out that my money had been moved from my available balance to my pending balance but i am still yet havent got any bnb in my binance wallet. Is there anything I can do to sort this our?
