I couldn't find satisfactory answers on reddit, tw, or binance. I was also auto-modded here when I tried to ask. I figured it out myself so I'd like to share for anyone who may still be struggling.
The easiest way to see rewards history for BNB you have delegated through trust wallet is to import the seed for that wallet into the binance chain wallet extension and connect that to https://www.binance.org/en/staking then you can view rewards history in this interface
I will say for a wallet that's advertised as the official binance wallet, the fact you can't do this in app is ridiculous. Also, the wallet connect option on binance.org has been "coming soon" for ages.
