Border crisis + CBDC as a Fix For Poor U.S. Demographics and Low Tax Revenue??

What are everybody's thoughts on the border crisis being on purpose to get tens of millions of new workers into the United States? Initially, the immigrants work for cash or under the table payments, and then simultaneously the US drops a CBDC where all earnings are suddenly taxed regardless- massively increasing tax revenue without increasing taxes.... Which is typically political suicide. I don't think that this scenario is too far fetched considering how poor the demographics currently are in the United States. All of the baby boomers are retiring which reduces the amount of money going into equities via 401ks as well as general income tax revenue. Plus existing US citizens are having fewer children so there needs to be some new influx of tax revenue to attempt and make up the difference. Seems like a pretty good bait and switch scam to me. I wonder how much tax revenue we are talking here??
