Bought USDT not reflected on account and it removed money from my bank account

Hello, I bought USDT with a card and when doing so binance said it failed and there were problems with my bank, when I went to the ATM of the card i was trying to make the purchase with, I noticed i had less funds meaning that binance removed money from my account even saying that it did not go through, I called the bank and they told me that the transaction indeed went through and I need to contact binance to let them know that i did not receive anything and give me my money back, any help on where to contact Binance or what can i do to get my funds back?
