Just tried to log into my BTC dot com wallet and found that it no longer works. After doing some research I found out that they announced they were stopping operations of their wallet service effective April 15th. I found these emails in my junk email today, not sure why. I emailed the support address they said to submit balance related issues to. I've got my recovery documents so hopefully I won't have any issues but I'm interested to hear if anyone else has gone through this already and what the turnaround time was. Does anyone have an alternative way to recover this wallet using another service?
