This is my first post here, not trying to moon farm but I feel this needs to be said. Btc hit an ath today and although it dropped a bit, I'm still totally riding that high from earlier. I know we have recently attracted a lot of new people to the space and they're feeling a little uneasy about the quick drop down. I'm relatively new too. I started stacking sats this time last year. My first first crypto purchase was $50, btc at that time was less than 20000. One thing I have learned is crypto is very volatile. Know that the pendulum swings both ways. This isn't a slot machine. It can't keep forever going up without some downward momentum in between. I have made some iffy crypto purchases over the year and yet I haven't lost money yet. Every coin I hold has seen at least 300% gains. I know, that I'm still a summer child and have yet to experience a true crypto winter. That being said, I've taking profits along the way. Now I'm playing with mostly house money and if it tanks, it tanks. I lost nothing but if it moons than maybe I'll experience some financial relief. For those out there that feel that they can't find the coin that will give them 100x gains, it's simply you're not holding long enough. Investments are risky, wealth isn't gained over night. If you want to make money, you need to be willing to risk money. So hodl, be patient, take profits, never sell at a loss and never invest more than you're willing to lose, especially on a moon shot shit coin. I hope this helps at least one person feel a little better.
TLDR; btc still hit ath, be happy. Don't worry bout market corrections, hold, and don't sell at a loss.
