buy limit orders

So I'm very confused with the buy limit orders. For instance, My stop order worth for Doge is zero.13, but my limit worth is zero.11, does that mean when it reaches to the cease worth, I will purchase the coin at a cheaper worth therefor giving me profit due to the higher present worth? In that case i feel like that's to good to be true so I have to ask earlier than I add this to my methods.
