I placed a $70,000 order for 33 used miners on Feb 7th which was paid in full on Feb 9th. We were supposed to receive the order within a couple of weeks. The order was never shipped and after many emails and text messages to the company they finally admitted in writing that they had lost the miners. I didn't receive this response until March 22nd, over a month and a half after the order was placed. I only received this information after many emails and text messages trying to get the issue resolved sooner.
The company has never responded to me without me reaching out to them. Even when they say they will contact me the next day, they will not unless I contact them first. They have repeatedly said they would handle the issue the next day or within a couple of days but once I reach out to them, they continue to extend that period. I was told multiple times last week that resolutions would be made, and they would have those resolutions on Friday March 25th. As suspected since I didn't reach out to them that day, I heard nothing.
I have all of this clearly documented through text messages with the salesperson who sold me the computers and emails with customer service and the shipping manager of the company. I also have a Paid in Full invoice for the computers and a signed purchase equipment.
