Bybit advice

Hey team,

I recently made an account on bybit and transferred funds from Binance in order to purchase Kaspa, however I forgot to include the MEMO code.

I submitted their self service form to get my funds allocated, it was “successfully withdrawn” even though I can not still see my funds in the account.

I emailed them, 10 working days, no response in sight. I emailed them again, through email and their web, nothing.

I checked on bybit account and my first email has been marked as resolved even though it is not.

I do not know what to do anymore and why they marked it as resolved and will I ever get my funds back as they are impossible to reach.

Their reddit forum has not granted access yet, therefore I am forced to seek alternatives.
