Can be still recovered?

Like most people, forgot and lost password and passphrase. It was saved in a old Dropbox account of mine... So no PC or hard drive to recover passwords from that time. Although I have one HD but I don't know if it's from that time, I think it cannot be readable, but even if possible, it costs a lot more than I have. What do I do? Is there any method, or trusted company that can take a % if successful in brute forcing it?
