Can I manage another account on Binance?

It might be a stupid question but there's my father who wants me to help him buy some coins, and I want him to have his own account of course, but he knows nothing. So I would like to know if I can buy and sell from his account without having access to his account directly.

I was thinking something along the lines of an API management, so that there's no need for complicated stuff, but can it be done from Binance itself? Or do I need something else? Or is there a better system altogether?
