Can i send eth from polygon to remitano?

Hi so.....beginner miner her. First time mined and sent the coins to my polygon wallet. It said my acc had around 0.01 eth. Now i was hoping to sell it on remitano, so i clicked on deposit, copied the link and went to my polygon wallet to send the money. I sent the money and it wasnt appearing on my wallet on remitano so i contacted them and they said i sent the wrong coins. I was confused because i didnt had any other coins i only mined eth and my wallet said i had eth. But the support on remitano says i sent them matic and they dont support matic and cant recover my coins back. My transaction says i sent wetc which is etc wrapped which is important for the transfer as google states. I didnt even mine matic i had eth :///
