I am considering applying for a Binance card.
I live in France, so I am eligible for the region where the card can be issued.
If I travel to Asia or North America, for example, where it is not possible to apply for a card, can I use my Binance card to pay in stores or withdraw local currency at ATMs?
Or is the use of Binance cards limited to areas where they can be issued?
