Can someone please tell me where i can exchange bnb for litecoin?

Hi, i have some bnb in my wallet (just like 4-5 bucks) im needing to exchange to litecoin for fees. I can't use binance in my state and every other exchange i can find you need a minimum of like $50 to trade anything. Does anyone know a place where i can exchange just a few dollars of my bnb without needing a minimum trade amount? The bnb im using is smart chain by the way so they would have to accept smart chain. Thanks appreciate anything you can tell me.
