Why are you saying that I withdraw the case purpose I cant not have rights for refund with the money that I disputed?

I have a dispute funds since 2025 and the funds is confirmed the still freeze in other social gathering account, and the other celebration shouldn't be displaying because the day I filed dispute trigger he know he is scammer. I have police report and Lawyer request to release funds however still binance didn't launch my funds, as an alternative they disable my account, then just lately I chat to binance help they usually stated I cant get well the funds as a result of I withdraw the report or dispute claim, good are they crazy ? I ask them my video saying that I withdraw my report however they cant present me. so which means they've interest on the money?
