Canadian exchanges start to ban Tether / USDT

USDT was in the news the last couple of days being suspected to manipulate crypto prices big time. Some voices even say that the minting of USDT is 90% responsible for the 2021 bull run...

Let me put it this way: multiple securities regulatory authorities have expressed the view that XRP and USDT are likely securities, and as a result, we have been advised to de-list XRP and USDT to comply with securities and derivatives laws. Our hands are pretty tied with this.
