Can't access my deposit

I deposited $5,000 to my Binance US account on Apr 19th. It was supposed to be available for trade immediately, but it won't let me trade. I get an error message that says trading disabled. Since it won't let me trade I tried to withdraw the funds, but I get a message that says withdrawals suspended due to risk management. I've emailed support but they don't respond. It's been 2.5 months and I still have no access to my initial deposit. I need help!!!!
