Can't order the Binance Visa Card because of two accounts I don't have (only have 1)

The title says pretty much all.

I wanted to order the Visa Binance card on the only account I have ever created and verified. Entered my phone number and whenever I press send a message it says that I have another account and that I somehow have to delete the other one to pursue my order. Ergo, I'm not able to bind my phone number to my account as it is apparently necessary to order the binance Visa Card.

I don't understand how this leaded to this, I did not create any other account as I am pretty much new to crypto and created my account 2 months ago-ish.

This is especially odd as I am already using the very same phone number to access on my account via the android app and that I am also using the 2FA verification standard to access to my account.

I'm pretty much stuck and I don't know how to solve this problem. Any ideas ?
