Can't send ERC-20 token as the amount I have is too small (doesn't meet exchange min withdrawal) + fees are several times higher than the value.

Hello. I've never really dabbled in ERC-20 tokens.

I have bought a very small amount of a token on an exchange - it was about 4-6$ worth.

Unfortunately the day after I bought it the exchange I bought it on delisted it lol.

So there is currently just one exchange still offering trading on this token.

I thought I'd move it there as it's pumped 3-400% (to 17$) and I think it could do much more, - but I have two problems:

1. the exchanges minimum withdrawal amount is 28% more than the tokens I own and I can't buy any more as it's been delisted.
2. the fees to transfer have gone up with the price - they have almost doubled I think, perhaps more since I last checked a couple of days ago. I can see on the ETH gas chart that the price of gas is actually the same as it was a couple of days ago. I thought the price of gas for the transaction was fixed and irrespective of the price of the token? (this exchange does say; " High ERC-20 gas alert! Due to high ETH gas price, we have temporarily increased withdrawal fees for ETH and ERC-20 tokens. The fees will be returned to normal level as soon as possible.")

So I'm not sure if they are playing games... the exchange? - I don't see how charging more for gas withdrawals benefits them in any way - they don't get a cut. So I'm confused as to why it's up so much in the past couple days when gas is pretty much the same as it was two days ago at the moment of writing this.

Even if the fees come down and the price of the token skyrockets - I'm not sure what to do about the exchanges 'minimum withdrawal amount'. Do you think they might negotiate on this at some point? Seeing as they delisted it after all leaving me in this situation. The other thing I've noticed is my wallet on the exchange has ceased to update,.. it's still sitting at 4$. If it pumps a lot more it'd suck having it sit there untouchable. Or am I screwed on this particular investment.
