I'm currently a permanent resident in Romania (been living here for 8 years), I haven't even stepped foot in Syria in like 9 years. Apparently, I can't use Binance due to section d. of TOS, did anyone experience a similar issue? It's kind of weird because I wouldn't be depositing money through a Syrian Bank account, and I wouldn't be trading on Syrian soil.
