Cant withdraw EUR to my card?

It keeps saying failed,sometimes it works,but randomly,and i have no clue why.Is this just me?

And another question,why is Appeal not working for me,or am I doing something wrong?Cause it wants you to put in what fiat u used,amount and date of the transaction,but u cant change the date,its blank and it wont let me change anything,so I can't contact them ab it.

Hiding the prices for personal reason,tried to take more,didnt work,tried less,didnt work,tried even less,then it worked,then i tried it again and it didnt,then it did and now it doesnt.
