Cautionary Tale for Binance 2FA - Lost phone, cant login

tl;dr - have over 100k in my binance account (half of my savings), cannot access bc of lost phone number

Last year, I left the company I've been working at, and deactivated my work phone number that they had provided me with. This phone was linked to my binance 2FA, and now I can't find a way to log-in or withdraw funds without the SMS authentication. Can't change to Google Auth bc it requires the SMS verification to switch.

I talked to verizon and they couldn't get me back the old phone number, and not sure who is the owner of that phone number. The company HR won't get back to me either.

I have submitted over 15 tickets to Binance over the last 6 months, to no avail. They respond to some of them, but don't follow up after I submit proof of my ID, a selfie, and a video proving that I am asking for access to my account. They do not have any other option for customer service.

Do not use Binance.US their customer service alone makes it not worth it. Really wish I had known this going in.
